This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-In: 14:00

Check-Out: 10:00

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the arrival date before check-in time (2:00 p.m.) to receive a full refund. Between 24 hours and 72 hours prior to arrival date before check-in time (2:00 p.m.) 50% of the price of the room will be charged. Less than 24 hours prior to arrival date before check-in time (2:00 p.m.) 100% of the price of the room will be charged. All of this applies to changes in the number of people per reservation.

Terms and Conditions

Prices and Taxes:
The agreed prices include the valid rate of VAT. Other taxes such as city tax are not included in the price. The guest has to pay these taxes in addition to the overnight price.

Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out:
The Customer undertakes to pay at the arrival date the prices agreed with the Hostel or otherwise applicable prices for the provision of the accommodation and for all services claimed. This shall apply equally to all services and expenses provided or incurred by the Hostel third parties on behalf of the Customer.
At the departure time, Customer should return and the belonging of the Hostel, such as keys and towels. Not returning these items at your check-out in will incur a fine of 10€/item.

Traveling with Minors:

One child under 13 years old stays free of charge, please ask for children’s cots/cribs.
Minors under 16 are not allowed in Dormitories.

Use of Personal Information:

Non-Smoking policy:
Please note that our hostel is non-smoking therefore smoking is only allowed on the balcony of the common room or any other premisses of the Hostel.
Penalty of 100€ if the fire alarms gets on due to the smoking at the premisses.

The hostel is supervised by the receptionists and if someone or a group of guests is not respecting the policy immediate check out will take place. In this case we will not refund any prepaid money. Any damages caused by any of the guests will need to be paid for. Please treat everything as if it were your own.

We are not responsible for your belongings. Please make sure you lock your luggage. Safety lockers are available by a deposit of 10€.

Any changes in your reservation during your stay Hostel has the right to not refund you the money agreed at the beginning.

Our neighbour policy requires us to be silent in the Hostel and in the building as well from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Please practice safe cooking habits do not leave burners on unattended. Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to 100€. And clean it all after use.

Room refreshes will not be offered during stays. Should you need fresh towels or linen, please come at the reception. Extra charge will may incur.
